In October 2024, Gordon Academic College of Education embarked on an exciting new project as part of an International Institutional Consultancy to assess Montenegro's Teachers' Professional Development System. This intensive three-month project is conducted in collaboration with a team of experts from the University of Montenegro.
The project aims to deliver a thorough, evidence-based evaluation of Montenegro's Teacher Professional Development (TPD) system. By employing a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods, the project seeks to provide culturally relevant and comprehensive recommendations. The approach combines both national insights and international expertise to ensure a robust assessment.
