Gordon Academic College of Education proudly participated in the e-TACCHE Transnational Project Meeting, held from 13–15 January 2026 at the University of Oradea, Romania. The meeting marked a significant milestone in the Erasmus+ project, bringing partners together to advance digital heritage education and strengthen intercultural collaboration in teacher education.
The event opened with a warm welcome from the Department of Educational Sciences at the University of Oradea, followed by an inspiring session led by Prof. Sinziana Nesiu from the e-Twinning School Colegiul National Iosif Vulcan. Drawing on her extensive experience, she shared practical approaches to engaging pupils in international eTwinning initiatives and fostering meaningful global learning experiences.
Over the course of the three day meeting, participants engaged in hands-on training on the eTwinning platform, explored innovative 3D learning environments co-created across partner institutions, and took part in strategic discussions focused on enhancing digital pedagogy, promoting intercultural dialogue, and developing creative approaches to heritage education.
Gordon Academic College was represented by Shadia Sbait from the International Center, alongside Dr. Ariella Levenberg and Zlil Busnach from the Master’s Program in Innovation in Education, who actively contributed to professional exchanges and collaborative planning. Their participation reflects the College’s ongoing commitment to educational innovation, internationalization, and the preparation of future educators equipped with the competencies required for diverse and digitally enriched learning environments.
