Dear Faculty Members,
We are pleased to announce the opening of the Erasmus+ Key Action 171 Faculty Exchange Program for the 2026/2027 academic year for the spring semester 2027.
This EU-funded program offers Gordon faculty members the opportunity to teach abroad at European partner universities, strengthen academic collaboration, and promote international research exchange.

Eligibility
| ✓ Minimum 30% employment at Gordon College and at least two years of seniority at the institution |
|
| ✓ English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with demonstrated ability to teach or communicate effectively in English |
|
|
Selection criteria
| ✓ Compliance with the eligibility requirements |
|
| ✓ Demonstrated academic excellence and recommendation from the department head or dean |
|
| ✓ Alignment between the applicant’s academic field and the host university’s area of expertise |
|
| ✓ Priority given to first-time participants |
|
|
Participant commitments
| ✓ Host visiting faculty from partner institutions (class, seminar, or short academic tour) |
|
| ✓ Initiate or strengthen at least one academic or professional collaboration |
|
| ✓ Participate in a preparation meeting with the International Center |
|
| ✓ Complete the online feedback form after the visit and participate in a feedback session with the International Center |
|

|
Ready to take part? Complete the Erasmus+ Faculty Exchange Application Form to submit your candidacy for the spring semester 2027 mobility. The International Center will review your application and guide you through the next steps, including the teaching agreement with the host university.
